I am an experienced and caring therapist -with specialized training in domestic violence, survivors of various childhood traumas, grief and loss, impacts of residential school and 60’s scoop. I have abundant experience working with mood anxiety, depression, anger, and addiction challenges) as well as relationship and work-related issues. Whether you are looking for a resolution to past wounds or trauma, support and compassion, or education and coaching to change behaviour patterns, we can work together to help you be the person you want to be!

I am a Metis citizen of Saskatchewan. I have vast experience working with the Indigenous population and will continue working in this area. I am an approved NIHB Mental Health Therapist, as well as I am a registered Metis citizen.

Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing,
EMI (Eye Movement Integration) Level 1,
Psychodrama, Role Development Level 2,  and Family Systems Theory.
