I believe healing begins within a safe, supportive, and non judgmental therapeutic environment grounded in empathy, where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and empowered throughout your healing journey. Whether you are navigating trauma, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, or simply feeling stuck, I work collaboratively with individuals to support healing and lasting change at a pace that feels comfortable and safe. I am deeply committed to providing compassionate, person- centred, and trauma-informed care through times of vulnerability, growth, and healing.

My goal is to work alongside you to build insight, emotional regulation, resilience, and meaningful coping strategies while supporting you in reconnecting with your inner strengths and sense of self. I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I value creating a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, authenticity, and collaboration.

As a Registered Social Worker, I have experience working with both adults and youth experiencing a wide range of mental health and addiction concerns. My counselling approach is guided by a person-centred, strengths-based and trauma informed lens tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I integrate evidence-based and mindfulness-informed approaches, drawing from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic techniques, and polyvagal-informed practice.

I work with individuals aged 12 and up, as well as adults, in the following areas:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Trauma, PTSD, and Complex Trauma
  • Borderline personality disorder
  • Postpartum Depression and Anxiety
  • Addictions
  • Emotional Regulation Difficulties
  • Self-esteem and Identity
  • Relationship Challenges
  • Experiences of Narcissistic Abuse
  • Self-harm and Suicidal Ideation
