Some of the skills/modalities I use builds on who you are and adopts a culturally sensitive lens. My practice includes: Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Narrative Therapy while incorporating the discovery of the self. I work with individuals ages 15+ and I believe finding the right counsellor who matches your goals/needs is truly important. I offer a free 20-minute consultation call to answer any questions you may have and to determine if what I can provide is the right fit for you. I look forward to meeting with you.
