I have worked closely with children, youth, adults, and families throughout my career thus far. In particular, I have helped at risk and high risk clients engage in healthier lifestyles by making better choices. In the last few years, I have engaged in clinical counselling by working closely with clients with individual needs to help them overcome their ongoing struggles. I use a client centered counselling approach to empower individuals to find realistic solutions and coping strategies to help with their current difficulties. I look forward to working with you in a non-judgmental and friendly environment. I offer flexible appointments to accommodate different schedules and am available for in-person, phone, and virtual sessions.
