I’m committed to listening with an open heart and mind, and walking beside you as you navigate life’s most difficult challenges. I will create a safe space that empowers you. Together, we will explore the root cause of your difficulties, and develop coping strategies to address them. 
I am a registered Social Worker with experience working directly with children, youth, adults, and families. I use a holistic, client centered approach that encourages individuals to use their personal strengths to reach their counselling goals. I’m passionate about what I do, and feel fortunate to be part of your journey.
