I am naturally drawn towards working with people and am passionate about the mental and emotional health of people. I am experienced in palliative care counselling, grief and loss counselling, caregiver support, assistant in life transitions and living with chronic health conditions.
I continue to grow my counselling knowledge base to serve adults of all ages in a variety of areas. I use a holistic approach to counselling and strive to provide a safe and trusting environment to build a therapeutic relationship based on mutual respect and a genuine connection.
