I received my Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Regina in 2018 and am currently a Registered Social Worker in Saskatchewan with several years of experience in a variety of health care settings such as Child and Youth Mental Health, Adult Mental Health, long-term care and community-based services. I aim to provide a safe, compassionate and judgement free environment to discuss life challenges and empower you to identify your strengths, nurture healthy coping strategies, and progress towards your goals.
